A Sends Messenger subscription membership may grant access to premium features and enhanced performance in the future. At launch, all features of Sends Messenger will be available free of charge to all users. However, we reserve the right to implement monetization, including premium features, at a later stage. Users will need to activate premium features explicitly by turning them on in the settings should they wish to access them. If we decide to disable free access to premium features, we will provide users with at least 30 days’ notice.
By going to the Sends Messenger Premium area of your Sends Messenger account's Settings, you can manage your Sends Messenger Premium subscription. In the event that your payment method is rejected, you will need to submit fresh payment information to avoid having your Sends Messenger Premium subscription canceled. Your new membership duration will be based on the original renewal date rather than the date of the successful charge if you supply new payment information and are successfully charged.
Local taxes may apply to users in specific areas; these fees will be assessed and added to the final price of a purchase. To payments made in different currencies, payment providers may add their own commissions and conversion rates. Sends Messenger is powerless over this.
Sends Messenger Premium can be cancelled at any moment. Follow the directions in the Sends Messenger Premium section of your Sends Messenger account's Settings to end your subscription. You can end your subscription if you bought Sends Messenger Premium with your Apple ID by visiting the Manage Subscriptions page of the Apple App Store or the Account Settings menu on your device. You can cancel your subscriptions if you purchased Sends Messenger Premium through Google Play by going to the Subscriptions area of Google Play.
You won't get a refund or credit for any days that are still included in your current payment period; instead, your subscription will stay active from the moment you cancel until the conclusion of your current billing cycle. You will no longer have access to all Sends Messenger Premium features after your subscription expires.
Your membership remains active even if you delete your Sends Messenger account or the Sends Messenger app from your device.
If you acquire a Sends Messenger Premium subscription through a third party (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store), your purchase can also be governed by the conditions of the third party as established by your agreement with the third party. Your billing relationship will be with the relevant third party for Paid Services purchased through a third party.
A temporary or permanent ban from Sends Messenger or some of its services may come from a violation of the Sends Messenger Terms of Service. You might lose access to Sends Messenger Premium's advantages in such circumstances, and we won't compensate you for it.
Sends Messenger reserves the right to discontinue subscription services at any time, including in response to unforeseeable events outside of our control or to satisfy legal requirements. In such a case, we will cancel your subscription and refund the prorated portion of any prepaid subscription fees equal to the remaining unused term of the subscription.
All relevant taxes, data plans, internet fees, and other costs related to your use of Sends Messenger are your responsibility.
All fees associated with purchases are often nonrefundable. If a user decides to cancel their recurring membership before the end of the paid period, there is no way to receive a "partial refund" or credit. Instead, the subscription will continue to be active.
Although we don't plan on frequently changing the cost of Sends Messenger Premium, we reserve the right to alter both these terms and the costs that apply when your subscription is renewed in order to account for things like alterations to our business, new product developments, or shifting economic conditions.
Any substantial changes will be communicated to you by a message to your Sends Messenger account at least 30 days beforehand, giving you the chance to cancel your membership before the new fee takes effect. User-verified service accounts in the Sends Messenger app will be used to communicate with users regarding their Premium accounts.
Not special offers or promotions, but pertinent information about your subscription or payment status will be included in messages from Sends Messenger regarding your Premium account.
The Premium Section contains a list of the services that are a part of the Sends Messenger Premium subscription ("Premium Services"). We might occasionally add fresh features to the Premium Services. If we are no longer able to provide certain existing Premium Services due to legal or technological constraints, we may also withdraw them. Additionally, in the future, some Premium Services might be made available to all Sends Messenger customers without charge.
Although Sends Messenger works hard to make its services always accessible to all users, occasionally technical problems may arise and prevent us from providing services, including Premium Services, to our users. In the event that we temporarily are unable to offer any free or paid services, Sends Messenger will not make up for any direct or indirect losses you may incur.
Major Sends Messenger clients, like the official iOS and Android apps, offer Premium Services. Some Sends Messenger applications created by Sends Messenger or by third parties might not deliver all Premium Services right away or at all.
The most recent Sends Messenger application update might need to be installed on your device in order to use some Premium Services. When using Premium Services, it is possible that persons you engage with will also need to have the most recent version of the Sends Messenger program installed on their devices in order to read the content you share with them. For instance, only users with the most recent version of Sends Messenger will be able to read documents greater than 2 GB or unique stickers that are only available to Sends Messenger Premium subscribers.
A Sends Messenger Premium subscription is typically not required for individuals with whom you engage to read the content you share with them through the use of Premium Services.
Any video or voice message on Sends Messenger can optionally be converted to text by using the Premium Services. For any conversation, group, or channel, the services also offer optional live translation.
There is no assurance that every message you try to translate or transcribe will be handled correctly or at all because these technologies are still in the early stages of development. We cannot guarantee that these technologies will always be correct and available because they rely on a third party (Google LLC, a division of Alphabet Inc.).
Media and documents on Sends Messenger can be downloaded more quickly with Premium Services. The abolition of all applicable speed limits on Sends Messenger's side permits this rise. However, additional factors including your gear, internet service provider, and some intermediary connectivity providers will also affect your actual download speed. Because of this, there is no assurance that turning on Premium Services will always effect how quickly you download files and media from Sends Messenger.
In some countries, Sends Messenger broadcasts sponsored messages on one-to-many channels with more than a thousand members. Such sponsored messages won't be displayed to Sends Messenger Premium users. On Sends Messenger, however, channels are administrated by other users who may post their own material with third-party advertisements or sponsorships. Although these advertisements are not a part of the Sends Messenger advertising network, Sends Messenger Premium users may still see them.
